<p>Gaithersburg Help is an all volunteer organization that offers short term assistance to residents of Gaithersburg. Transportation services are provided to medical and social service appointments to residents that are unable to afford other means of transportation. Reservations for transportation are required at least 1 week prior to appointment. Services are provided by volunteers driving their own vehicles.
