About SLRHS FLEX Shuttle and Medical Trip Service

The FLEX Shuttle provides two types of services. The Shuttle Bus service consists of a series of shuttle stops at specific locations throughout San Leandro. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9-3. The Medical Trip service allows people who qualify to call and make a reservation for the shuttle to pick up and drop them off at a specific location within Alameda County for medical purposes only . Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8-5 Services for seniors age 60 or over . Fees : Shuttle Bus Free Medical Trip $4/10 miles each way
